Athletics Malta Secretary-General, Antonella Chouhal, has been appointed Vice President of the Athletics Association of Small States of Europe (AASSE) for a two-year term. The appointment marks a major milestone for Maltese athletics, giving the country a stronger voice within the European athletics community.
The Athletics Association of Small States of Europe brings together 18 European countries with smaller populations, fostering collaboration, development, and representation in the international athletics arena. The association focuses on providing support for competitions, athlete development, and capacity building among its member states.
